It is a purely JAVA design with J2EE standards and MVC Architecture (Modelo, Vista, Controlador) which can be integrated to any portal which has a server with applications with JAVA
It is a highly parameter system that can be managed by a non necessarily technical user. It allows to define any kind of variables to register.

It is multi-user and done for high use, made to a high users concurrency, it handles its own security scheme which can be associated to an active directory (LDAP) or any other that is available, it has parametric data exporting module and handles the concept of enclosed address for differentiating geographical locations. It has a decentralized module of charge for user manager among others.
